Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation
Clients may cancel their appointment or service with Miracle Universe by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.
To cancel an appointment, clients should contact Miracle Universe via email or phone, as provided on our website.
Refund
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Clients may contact Miracle Universe to request a refund or inquire about the status of a refund.
Modification or Rescheduling
Clients may request to modify or reschedule their appointment with Miracle Universe by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Miracle Universe will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification or rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Exceptions
In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, Miracle Universe may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Miracle Universe reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases of repeated cancellations or abuse of our cancellation policy.
Refund
- If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, clients may be eligible for a full refund of the appointment fee.
- Refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be issued at the discretion of Miracle Universe.
- Refunds for services that have already been provided (e.g., astrology consultations, meditation sessions) will not be provided, except in cases of extenuating circumstances.
